Confirmation of Planning Appeal

Appeal Hearing: Land north of Lower Park Farm, Abbey Road, Medstead, Alton.

In relation to the original application (EHDC ref 58352) for a change of use for agricultural land to provide 8 pitches for gypsy families. For interested residents, the Planning Chair of Medstead PC has confirmed that the appeal hearing will start at 10am on Tuesday 12th July with potential to continue into Wednesday 13th July. The meeting will be held in Penns Place, Petersfield. It is at the discretion of the Planning Inspector who may speak at the meeting and anyone wishing to should be at Penns Place before the 10am start to log their request.
